• Returns are accepted only on eligible products.

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact.

Items that are damaged due to misuse or missing original packaging will not be accepted.

Customized, made-to-order, or clearance products are non-returnable.

🔄 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If exchange is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per policy.

• Shipping or handling charges may apply in certain cases.

💰 Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Refund timeline: 5–7 business days after approval.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share clear images and order details

• Our team will arrange replacement or refund after verification
